  • Items receive a final inspection prior to shipping. If any mending or cleaning is required it may cause a delay in shipping times. If this occurs you will be notified by email.

  • Ismandra is not responsible for any additional customs or charges that may occur on international shipments. Please be mindful and allow extra time for your order to pass through customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return your item. 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. 

  • To initiate a return, you can contact us at contactismandra@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. items sent back to us without a return request will not be accepted.

  •  We are happy to do free exchanges but you will need to pay for to the return shipping label. This cost will be deducted from your return. We are a small business and at the moment, are unable to absorb shipping costs.

  • Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. 

  • Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it and contact us if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 

  • We can not acceptable any returns after 14 days. We will issue store credit only.
